Jan 5, 2012: Did a 20 minute Zumba work out.  My legs were burning but I finished.  I will try to do a two mile walk on the treadmill after work tonight.  See if maybe that makes a difference.  If no treadmill time...then I'll definately do Hip Hop Abs tomorrow.

Jan 4, 2012: Did 28 minutes on the Elliptical machine at work...a very slow pace.  I just keep pushing myself to finish.

Jan 3, 2012: So sore I can barely walk.

Jan 2, 2012: Did a two mile walk around my neighborhood.  Got to see parts that I'd never seen before, but I think I need to find another walking place simply for the fact it's up some really steep, steep hills so I was completely wore out about a mile in and there was no one to call to pick me up...so I just had to hoof that last mile back home.  Then later that day I was completely bored so I did a 20 min Zumba workout!  Yay me!!!

Dec 26, 2011: Did after christmas shopping..I tell you what...going through the mall and Wal-Mart was a work out.  Between dodging screaming kids and teenagers that believe they own the place to shopping carts and crowded aisles I'm done for the day.  Sitting down and resting, tomorrow I'll try to get back in the routine.

Dec 25, 2011: No exercising because of christmas...although I really should have done tae bo or something to work off some anger I had.

Dec 24, 2011: Should have been Day One of Hip Hop Abs but went shopping for those last minute gifts for friends and family.  Then got my hair trimmed and a wax.  So I figure tonight while my turkey is roasting before I go to bed...I'll do Hip Hop Abs and maybe the 20 minute Zumba too!!! ( 12:00ish:  Just finished Hip Hop Abs and Zumba!!!  I know that tomorrow I am going to be sooo sore, but it'll be worth it.)

Dec 23, 2001: Day One of Zumba; Did the intro disc.  It's a 60 minute video teaching you all the steps you need to know for all the workouts.  Tried to go on and do the 20 minute workout while all the steps were fresh in my mind, but after chugging about 1 1/2 glasses of water I cramped within the first 5 minutes of the workout.  Really sore tonight though...I can feel this is going to be some hardcore stuff.

Dec 22, 2011: Well I finally got Zumba so I will be alternating Zumba and Hip Hop Abs everyday.
